For me, I don't have one particular favorite dish, but I prefer dishes with white meat like poultry or rabbit. I also love dishes with fresh caught tuna and octopus (like octopus rice tanoeiro style - it's a traditional portuguese dish where the octopus is cooked in wine until tender in a pressure cook, then seasoned with salt, garlic and paprika. ......
