My experience

I had about 5-6 LDRs, and currently in one right now.
We've known each other for about 5 years.
We met in an online game. He's my friend's close friend. I never really talk to him at first, but he tried to make a convo with me and then I opened up to him.
He used to call me a lot (RIP his phone bill) and one day he confessed to me, which I blatantly ignored it.
He kept pursuing me for about 2 more years before I finally gave in and decided to be in a relationship with him. We've been in a relationship for about 2 years now.
We met about a year ago, and that was the best thing ever happened to me.
