How do you come out to Asian parents as Bi when I doubt they really understand the concept of it and they really want me to have kids. They also work 7 days a week for me and my sister and I really don't want to disappoint them. They also dont do april fools or pranks or anything so I cant just come out and say it was a joke.

Gurl, you are.. is this a joke bi doesn't mean you can't give birth, it's just you are attracted to the both genders. Moreover there are many techniques to give birth even if you are dating a girl... I guess 3 reply

No one’s forcing you to come out remember that. Tell your parents you want to tell them something, and make sure the mood is right. Then start off with “Mom, Dad, you know i will always love you” and then just come out. Good luck btw reply

honestly I don't want to come out knowing that there are chances that they might not accept me or in a household that lgbtq+ was never even mentioned so I have to wait until I can provide myself without need of help cause if I do it now they might abandoned me or even cut of my allowances or the chances of support in college so I'm very sorry I hop...... 1 reply

Well, first of all, you having kids, or not, has nothing to do with them ^^" you will have children if YOU want and not if THEY want. Second of all, maybe wait until you are independent and may, like this, if they don't understand, it will not have a lot of repercussion in your life. reply

its easier to just tell em u gonna focus on ur studies and job and to not expect any grandkids till u are in ur mid 30s and stuff... u can also put off marriage this way... i already told my parents to not expect any kids from me till im like financially stable and have a proper full time job... and im a medical student so i wont be done with uni ...... reply
