la clase de espanol

I'm taking spanish at my school and I plan on taking all four years that they offer. I have no idea why but learning spanish is really fun, especially since it's being used a lot more in america recently. I really like the way my spanish teacher teaches as well. He does a lot of casual spanish speaking in class, even if we haven't learned the words he's saying, he always makes a point of doing hand gestures and visuals so that we can get it without him telling us. He always says that you need to do more than just speak the language, you should be able to communicate. And communication is so much more than just words.
