Cleaning the anus using water is enough, but if want to use soap, use the mild one instead as to not irritate the skin. The skin of the anus is sensitive so you need to be delicate in cleaning it, so using cottonswab is not a good idea because it may tear the skin. (=・ω・=) btw, is your friend an asian, too?   reply

Don’t stick anything up there to “clean” it. You clean the outside only with water and a mild soap at most. The lining inside is very thin and can tear easily. Why are they doing that anyway? You shouldn’t even really do enemas for sex because it has been shown to increase your risk of getting infections like gonorrhoeal and hepatitis and......   reply

Tell your friend that she should just spray water in or on her ass. I’m no specialist but shoving a cotton swab up your arse isn’t a good idea if you want to clean it.   reply
