1. don't listen to music, it'll just distract you more.
2. shut off all things that might distract you
3. give your phone to someone else to keep or stow it away until you finish
4. set an alarm routinely every few minutes to remind yourself to be on track
5. take breaks!
6. set rewards so you'll look forward to doing it

I am a heavy procrastinator too and the lockdown made stuff even worse but what helps a lot is listening to school sounds on youtube like writing or paper moving I reccomend " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8L719_ap3iE " but other than that i dont really know any more tips myself :/ hope it still helps a bit reply
Sounds weird but having something in my mouth helps me focus. So like a pencil or necklace i can chew on. Also a single song on repeat. Its enough noise to cancel outside noise but repetitive enough that after a while it won't distract me. Good luck! 2 reply

Just IMAGINE something like you got an F while everyone had better scores than you, I do this all the time to make me feel pressured and motivated to do shit. To study a certain subject that you aren't interested in, always look at the notes that you have (or if you have a textbook) and look at the definition of the main topics and try to understan...... reply
I suggest you write down things, I really try reading them but shit just won't sink in! And, try hiding your phone or surrendering it to your mom in a short period of time, that way, you can focus more! reply
