I've personally been at it for a couple (~3 1/2) months now, and I feel like so far, I've been making pretty decent - and mainly steady progress: that is, without gradually slowing down or losing motivation in the middle of it, which I've always considered one of the biggest dangers / obstacles when starting to learn a new language on you......
