There's mental health hotlines, you can either message, email or call them. That's upto you. Idk which country you are in in but contact one. They'll keep everything anonymously. Good ones will contact you every once in a while too. AND LISTEN TO PROFESSIONALS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE.   reply
