Hypothetical Situation #2
TW: murder, blood, a knife, alcohol (is this a trigger? idk)
You are standing over the corpse of a middle aged man, AKA your dad. YOU stabbed him. Not in cold blood, but in self defense. He had returned home drunk and angry after having a fight with his superior at work. One thing led to another and after destroying furniture he directs his anger at you. Since you value your life, you run into the kitchen and grab a knife. We both know what happened after that.
You don’t feel any sense of guilt or remorse.
The only people in the house are you, your (now dead) father, and the tabby cat— Munchkin. Your mother is out at her sister’s house.
You hear Munchkin’s meows and give her a can of tuna, ignoring the blood on your sweater and the knife you dropped next to the corpse.
After that, you grab your iPhone and dial a number.

Who are you calling?

Im just gonna call my big sis and say “i got rid of the b*tch, you can come back now” since he was the reason why my sister left the house when i was 9 :D and you just described my father so well but he doesn’t drink, he doesn’t need to drink to be angry lol he’s an arsehole by heart. With all his will.

The police and turning myself in. I wouldn’t want to get anyone else involved.
Orrrrrr
I could pretend I was never home, call my mom screaming about how he offed himself ( depended on where I stabbed him, if I kept the knife tin the wound, etc ) and wrecked the furniture. Hang up then wipe my finger prints off the knife and replace them with his......

I would first call my mom and tell her what happened, then I would call the cops and tell them I accidentally stabbed my dad, that he came home drunk and tried to hurt me so I wanted to defend myself, but didn't mean to kill him. They won't put me in jail for too long if I keep up the story I didn't mean too and keep crying
