I usually cry, or really try to distract myself. Like binging anime, or reading manga/hwa/hua. Really try to get your mind off of the bad thoughts until they quiet down for awhile :))) Hope you have a better day/night!! 1 reply
I listen to music, watch youtube, play the piano, spend time with my dogs, sit outside if it's nice out, practice volleyball and softball, cook/bake, and draw reply
