for me it would have to be Sakura Gari. ive been reading berserk and so far it is pretty messed up also. the strangest would have to be pupa. the whole concept of the manga is just odd to begin with. Sora o Daite Oyasumi is one that i think is really different, strange and sad. Ijousha no Ai is all around f-ed up.
