What you need to do first is some breathing exercises, you are a having a type of attack, most likely an anxiety one, mind you im no therapist, but it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a real one. Yes, i believe you should take a break from SOCIAL media, like discord, insta, the likes, take a breather from the drama, maybe not ALL of internet like this ......   reply
