What you need to do first is some breathing exercises, you are a having a type of attack, most likely an anxiety one, mind you im no therapist, but it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a real one. Yes, i believe you should take a break from SOCIAL media, like discord, insta, the likes, take a breather from the drama, maybe not ALL of internet like this ......   reply

Mm, i mean, damn, idk how to help you, i suck at giving advice, but I think she's not worth it. If someone makes you overthink that much and puts you down that much to the point where you doubt yourself, you need to out yourself first and realize your worth for the sake of your happiness. Hmm when I got in fights with my discord friends I would overthink it and hate myself. Honestly after I ended friendships with certain people discord stopped being important and so did they.
