Mental health
My mental health has always been bad. I tried years ago to get professional help, but my parents refused. During quarantine, between university and personal issues, my mental health has touched bottom. I really feel like dropping out and do nothing. I really don’t have anything to look forward. Mangas and Kpop are the only things that bring some sort of joy.
Today, one of my lovebirds( I have two) escaped. That really was my breaking point.
