avoid things that give off blue lights before bed, if you drink or eat anything that has caffeine in it save it for the day time, I heard meditation is good for sleep try exercising a little before bed make a schedule (should be a first step tbh) remember that a sleeping schedule takes time to develop make sure to eat properly also light ......   reply
