so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
I got nothing to recommend. I stay up till like 2 sometimes 4 in the morning... so.
Some day I'll have a normal sleeping schedule. Maybe not today maybe not even tomorrow but some day.
