so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
here are my tips, they don't work now because i have insomnia and it has gradually gotten worse, but if you aren't diagnosed it most likely will work
read a book before going to bed
no caffeine
eat/spray melatonin at night reply
