so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
ok hear me out, this may sounds weird but i listened to tsuda kenjiro voice (nanami's asmr, if u don't know what im talking about go watch Jujutsu kaisen) every fucking night fr that shit able to fix my sleeping cycle. lol reply
