I would love if all of the anime, series, movies, books... were to become reality. Just imagine that the worlds is full of magic, fantasy, non-human inteligent forms and also all of the invenions! You could go for holiday to another planet or dimension and to vet you would go to the city next of yours because they have better care thanks to the sha......
