No, I don't. Homophobic "Christians" have been revising the Bible to suit their ideologies for centuries, so I take the hatred in the Bible with a grain of salt. It’s not just Christianity, it’s all the conservative religions out there. It’s also not Christianity as a whole, it is the homophobic Christians that think it is okay to twist the words of the Bible into something they deem acceptable. And I’m sorry about your friend. Not just christianity I'm afraid, im muslim and holy shit we're so strict about homosexuality it's insane! If anyone were to come out in my community I dont even wanna think about what would happen to them :( Something as simple as me being here and reading yaoi would cause me to receive disgusted looks of shame and disappointment...   2 reply

I actually don't care about such things. I believe as long as people strive to do more rights than wrong and more good than bad then we'll all be able to live in harmony.
