It really depends, like am i with someone else? If I'm with my friends then of course I'd kill the person to save not only myself but also them. But honestly if I'm alone, i dont think i would. It might cause problems for my family and i dont want to do that, even if dying would be harder on them than if i got put in jail or whatever, i would rathe......
