Crying in your sleep

I can only remember once, when I had a dream about my sister dying. I'm sure it has happened more times, but I cannot remember.   reply

Yeah I do. Many times. But it's not like i cry bc of a dream or something. I don't really know why I woke up crying but it got nothing to do with dreams bc most of the time when I woke up crying I don't remember if I have dream or some nightmares that i really afraid of till i cried. I don't really scare of a ghost from nightmares cuz real life gho......   reply

at first it was only a nightmare but the more I grew up the dream I got was like a nightmare that should never exist. I often cry after I wake up, but it feels very real. it seems like crying after a sudden wake up because I'm stressed, maybe I lack sleep. But still, it's a bit scary. ╥﹏╥   reply
