Random pic... Best outfits are many really, in man/hwa/hua/ga it's probably the ones that fit well with the appearance and personality of the character, as to better explain a character/story. But if you want to choose your own style, don't be shy to try out all kinds of different stuff and choose the style that you're most comfortable with.
