So, I've seen many posts about how this sites malfunction was due to people sharing it. While I think such a thing is stupid, I do not the sharing is the reason for the site shutdown.
I believe the reason for this is due to a big service provider in France which had a bad fire a few day backs. Many websites shut down and it was quite bad. I do believe this server hosts sites from all over Europe and with Mangogo likely somewhere is Europe, I think this was the cause of what's been happening the past few days.
It makes sense since the staff said they had a sever malfunction. I'm not entirely sure and may be wrong, but it's not good to just jump to an unproven conclusion.
So I'll say this now before people get the wrong idea, I did not make this post to be about gatekeeping. It's an informative post about why the site may have been actually taken down. reply
