i need help

1. Try getting someone to call you, sometimes that activates the screen(in case the phone is actually switched on) 2. Is it possible that it's your screen that's black and unresponsive but otherwise the phone is actually switched on still? As in, you can hear the notification sounds, call tones etc.? If so, you don't have to worry, any decent phone......   reply

The same thing happened with my cell phone (I am currently using my computer). I don't know what happened to your phone, but at least mine was a hardware problem, so to work again I have to change the screen of the phone.   reply
