No, its not. The op from the previous question before told in the replies that the twitter acc got deleted who claimed to be "mangago official". theyre basically trolling. Though I find it really strange because of the sudden announcement and the twitter pfp so I suddenly realized its fake, didnt knew you'll all make a fuss.
