There's only one that comes to mind straight away and that's that f̶u̶c̶k̶i̶n̶ Diabolik lovers chick. She was so dumb it was infuriating, the whole anime was cringey anyways (In my opinion) and she just made it 10x worse. Only good character was teddy tbh. (Rest in peace boo)
