it might be a cyst ! (i had one when i was younger, similar to how yours looks and it was a cyst) they're usually benign so you shouldn't have anything to worry about unless it's causing you any pain. mine went away on its own after a couple of days but it helps applying a warm compress to it for 15 minutes, 3-4 times daily. (DONT TRY TO POP IT)
