Depends on why. If you are a masochist who enjoys a dash of pain with pleasure then sure, whatever floats your boat.

If it’s something like cutting to feel that release from stress, anxiety, depression, self hate etc then no, it’s not good. It just adds a new level of shame and doesn’t deal with whatever your underlying problems are. Seek help from an organisation that cares like Lifeline or Kids Help Line (hopefully your country has an equivalent). It’s free and the counsellors are highly caring and motivated to help
