I have a second hole on my ear, it didn't hurt. Its just a sting. The further you move up your ear the more it will sting/hurt. It will be sore but you should be fine.
Like if you cut yourself with glass it hurts while its cutting but afterwards it's just a bit sore~
If your doing it on your nose or lip I don't really know. My cousin has a nose ......
