STOP USING BMI AS A GOAL!
The Body Mass Index isn’t a good judgment of health and it cannot differentiate between FAT and MUSCLE.
Remember that muscle weights more than fat!
Whatever your ideal body goals are, please research various ETHICAL and SAFE sources and take care of yourself mentally as well!!!
Also a tip: walking and drinking lots of water is the best way to get healthier. Walk everywhere! Keep a reusable bottle beside you at all times!

Also I said drink water and walk often because I did that the whole summer before c*vid and although I didn’t lose weight, EVERYONE told me that I was so much leaner and skinner. It got to the point that I was literally able to walk 11 km in a few hours and feel absolutely fine (I probably can’t do that anymore tho)
