This man right here is the antagonist, the gas he releases causes victims to cough up blood uncontrollably. The only one not affected is the protag and other experiment, cuz she's an experiment gone wrong.
This the anti-hero, she's dead and an experiment, their makers wanted to watch them fight to the death, ignoring regular people......
