I'd destroy it from within.
Make lame contracts, maybe ruin the company's reputation, do some weird advertising/schemes, make an offer to sell the company HQ, or maybe i'd change it entirely to a different field of work.
these are all very evil things to do. i do not recommend.
id try to sent a notification to withdraw myself from it i think. quit......
