I have watched to many zombie movie/TV shows to not know what to bring.
1. a sword (cuz a sword is more efficient) a gun (for long range) any weapon in general.
2. shoes/clothes, blankets pillows (I'm not going to wear the same clothes everyday maybe wear an outfit for 1 or 2 weeks but that's it)
