Well I can't say anything for anyone else, but at least for me; I have strong sense of reality. Rape in manga is not real and would hardly ever happen like that in real world. It's merely illustration by the author for the storyline. Same for cheating. Couldn't care less, it's just ink on paper and image in your head. Scary ones are those who can't......
