The title of the question made me laugh but the actual question makes sense. In the fictional realm and yaoi in particular, my opinion is that both are equally bad. I've read some mangas where a character gets raped and thinks nothing of it, no psychological trauma at all and I'm sitting here like "WTF CALL THE POLICE!!" And in some cases, cheating......
