I think it's ok. It's not my position to judge. But I have seen omegaverse that is generally fluffy and with no themes of TW: past rape, assault, rape, or manipulation. (though there are pheromones, cause.. it's omegaverse what'd ya expect.)
These are usually in the form of novels and not manga so *shrugs*
It's an ok genre as long as it dosen't go......
