THANK YOU, there’s lots of straight cis chicks on here like “hhh, I wish I was born a gay guy so I can live out my yaoi dreams” and all of that funky shit, but it’s like, dude you don’t choose to be gay or trans or anything like that, it’s simply the way you were born, and it’s frustrating because yaoi and yuri aren’t accurate depictions of real life, heck most of them show pretty damn toxic relationships, with non-consensual interactions (typically sex n such)
It’s just annoying that straight people think they read BL and GL because they wanna be in those situations and transition but not actually transition, and be gay but not actually be gay (if that makes sense it confuses me too) but the only reason straight cis people read them is because, well, let’s say a straight man, dosent wanna see another guys dick in the story, or another guy that isn’t him dating a girl, because he’s not attracted to that, instead, it’s be logical for him to read a GL, or a yuri, because he’s only attracted to women, therefore he only has to read about women. This is especially clear with people who struggle putting themselves in novels and such, like they can’t picture themselves as the male lead so why not have no male lead so they can focus on the women in the story?
Sorry for the rant it just frustrates me bc I’ve suffered for years for being a lesbian.

I agree, I mean, I'm not lesbian but I get kind of annoyed with that stuff. Especially the stuff in the gay dramas I watch, I keep hearing and seeing comments about 'turning gay' like it's just something you turn into. It's not miraculous ladybug, you don't say a magic word and become gay for just this one person.
It gets on my nerves when I watch videos and go to see some comments on the video but instead see all these weird fujoshi comments, seriously.
