if you found out one of your parents cheated on the other, would you forgive them?

Hello no. Found out recently that my mother cheated on her husband of 11+ years for some dude at work because she says he wasn't "satisfying" her enough. She ruined a family and a perfectly good marriage, yet no one believes my step dad because my mother likes to lie, manipulate, and play the victim. My mom cheated on my dad multiple times and lied through her teeth about it even when presented with irrefutable proof showing what she did. It is what ultimately ruined their relationship and caused my siblings and I mental health issues. I've never forgiven her for what she did because to this day she doesn't acknowledge what she did.   reply
