My favourite character is Ningguang. She looks absolutely gorgeous and elegant. Honestly, she is totally my type. Her attacks are also unique. My Ningguang is at C5 and I hope I get an extra copy of her on the Keqing banner. She might seem weak at the start, but one you get her to C1, she gets a super good upgrade.
