So last year i remember that one of my guy friend want a anime recomendation and i told him to watch yarichin b club and the next day i ask him do u watch it? And he said "yeah..." and we haven't talk for a days and i apologize to him bc i told him to watch that and he says "it's okay" and we became friend again (and i found out that he watch yuri anime i was so happyyy)
That is the equivalent of telling someone to watch Boku no Pico and I have recommended Boku No Pico many many times(As a joke of course) but I wouldn't consider myself a bad person. So I think you're good reply
