I want to find a yaoi manga

I read a yaoi manga a few months ago and I forgot the title.Can someone tell me the title?
The story is about a boy in his early 20's that writes manga for a living,but he only does manga beetween boy and girl.One day,the grandchild(I forgot his age) of his grandmother that has a kbown ramen company that the boy in his 20's loves comes to work with him on drawing manga.The grandchild has to pose one time in the first half of the manga and the boy in his 20's has to tie his hands with rope because he can't draw them right,a recommandation from his manager.The manga is finished,btw.
