Anyway...
Pork, but the bitter version. And you either grill it or boil it, there is no other way to cook it, since it's a super hard kind of meat and almost impossible to digest.
Also, raw its impossible to chew on.
Just to specify, I'm not a cannibal nor I plan to eat people.
