Instead of quitting abruptly, slowly reduce the amount of time you spend reading yaoi. One small goal at a time. If you read 60 stories a day, turn it to 60 stories over 2 days and so on. Change your mindset I guess. Write it on your hand that the yaoi will always be there and you can just read it later. Things like showering or homework are time sensitive so you should just do it.
