HELLPPP!!! Any manga story recommendation for my school short film project?

If I'm not mistaken, short films are like 5 or 10 minutes, right? Are there any rules you need to follow? I guess I mean, is there anything (theme, type of scenes ;), etc) that are NOT allowed?
