Can y'all guys give me a reason to live? Im willing to kms on my birthday, i dont even know why im living rn. "It'll get better" they say, well its been 3 years idk why it gets worst. If ur ever feeling this too please reply, i wanna know what u feel every day.... I know im not ok but i dont wanna self diagnose it just feels so wrong.

maybe think about things you always wanted to do or become even if maybe it's not even possible to do them, things that'd probably really make you happy like your dreamjob or a relationship or events you'd really like to go once etc., and maybe there are some things that trigger your feelings (not neccessarily), since it's often that teenagers get ...... 1 reply

Hey. I used to feel the same way. I used to have panic attacks and I don't like to talk about this but I even went as far as to try to commit su1c1d3. I couldn't bring myself to because I was too much of a coward to live and too much of a coward to die. That screwed me up for sure. People always told me that it'll get better and I hated it. Everytime I think about leaving. My pride just won't let me. Like, I don't wanna die like this. Imma turn into crap after I die, atleast I don't wanna feel this feeling of shitness too while dying. Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of a beloved family member of mine. He was taken by suicide. After his passing I was so messed up in the head.
