Ibis paint help

Can any artist who use ibis paint help? Im shading the hair but the problem is i want it to only shade on the hair and not on the skin or red backround, i cant sort the layers since it will ruin the drawing and make it look weird so yeah can someone help??

Is the color of your hair and skin in a separate layer? If that's the case, you can either use the alpha lock tool and clipping tool. If both are in the same layer, you can use the selection tool to separate which part you are going to color. Hope this helped. 1 reply
