Use that as a sign. Take a short break from smut and soon you'll become numb from it. Read a story for the plot ig breath air or smthing just taking that to irl is a concerning sign especially when doing important stuff reply
i do that. most of the time. but it's just to ease my panic before the test. you'd catch me speed reading a manga 20 minutes before a quiz. forget studying. reply
