It is a personal thing, and it is personal

My first tattoo inspired by my mum.

On her back is a proceess of a tree's growth, extending from her bottom to the right shoulder.
On her right wrist is a butterfly.

I don't know when she got this, or how much she spend, or where else she had a tattoo.
It seems like when we closer enough we just forget to remember.
Then I have the idea to have a tattoo, always want to tattoo a little angle in Peter pan tattoo on the right side of my ankle.

My second inspiration is from a friend of mine.

I just came to France in a new class, to tell the truth I really don't feel good.

One day the girl talks to me about the country I came from.
At that time I was only 12 years old, I didn't contact with people outside of WA.
I don't know how to get in touch with french girls, at the beginning I'm really helpless.
She was the first girl give me a smile, we actually not so close, but I have never forget her.

At that time, I always want to tattoo my family's birthday on my body.
One day I saw her had a tattoo on her clavicle, it's a string of numbers. She told me it was her grandmother's birthday.




Today

I went to have the second tattoo on my left ankle.
It is a compass that says where Maryland is.
I told myself to remember the way home, don't forget.

I didn't tell anyone, and didn't post a picture anywhere.
Because I suddenly found that the tattoo is really your own thing.

I'm wondering if some day the most important three person in my life died, probably there won't be people care about me like them anymore.
