The nerves in my arm ang the bones of my hands are hurting

So i wanna ask you guys if your hands and arms are hurting too when you read too much mangas? Cuz my hands are starting to hurt for days and now my right arm is hurting and throbbing like crazy to the point that i can feel my nerves being stretch. The only possible reason i can think of my why my hands and my right arm hurts is because i'm reading too much manga/comics everyday and i of course use my hand to hold my phone and use my fingers to click and scroll. I'm actually repenting and thinking of taking a break from reading too much. And yes i'm actually using my left hand to type this and it's staring to hurt too but i wanna share this to have some advice and to warn the others to avoid doing the same thing i'm doing.
